Protecting and Empowering Children During Pandemic

 Families, communities, businesses and governments have learned heavily on internet, digital technology and social media to continue day-to-day activities, and also for home schooling.  

In this second quarter, especially in ICT,I learned a lot of knowledge and interactive experiences,like new jargon, mainly in the area of HTML tags. I learned about how to use "Notepad," a free program that allows us to write and read unencrypted files, I was bewildered because there were so many HTML tags to chose from and where they should be placed because im still not familiar on how to use it and  im always trying to know  if what I've done is correct or not. And also im using phone so it bothers me for slow internet, but im still trying my best to hock up in this subject.

  All of  us are affected by  Covid-19 Pandemic, it is so hard for the people  because the others lost their job and have nothing and some also forced to closed their business, and also to a student like me because our way of learning right now is through online, some of students are struggling about it because they don't have enough gadgets to use and Internet that's why they are having a hard time completing the task that are given.  We can overcome this problem by following the protocols like wearing facemask and face shields, sanitizing your hands, and practicing physical distancing or avoid gatherings. Let's be responsible this time, lets figth covid 19, lets help to bring back our healthy world.

The day of Valor(Araw ng Kagitingan)

 Araw ng Kagitingan is a regular holiday in the Philippines and occurs on or around April 9. Many streets are closed and public transport routes may be redirected to give way for parades. Malls and other leisure areas remain open and most people may go to these places and use this day as a family day. It was a national observance until a Letter of Instruction No. 1087, dated on November 26, 1980, made “Araw ng Kagitingan” a national public holiday to honor the people who helped bring democracy and freedom in the Philippines during the World War II era. Executive Order No. 203, dated on June 30, 1987, further proclaimed April 9 as “Araw Ng Kagitingan” to pay tribute to the heroes of Bataan, Corregidor and Bessang.   Mothers are the happiest when we are in right direction and achieve something they guide us to the path that will be good for us . And when we are going through the darkness, they serve us the light and hope for us to overcome the challenges that came in our life. They never get to miss a single chance to spread their wings and loving care to make us feel the warmth. a mother's love is an epitome of selfless and unconditional love. No matter what the situation, they are beside us as ready as always to guide and be a shoulder to lean on so let us always make this once in a year opportunity to reciprocate their sacrifices and give them something they can treasure forever. Mothers deserve every precious thing in life and honorable moments to cherish. Just a day in a year can't repay their goodness but let us use the Mother's Day celebration to make them feel loved and appreciated as well.
